Refund Policy
DOMESTIC RETURNS
Returns/Exchange/Store Credit can only be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of your item. Purchases made in December are eligible to be returned by the postmark date of January 15th.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns accepted after 7 days and the difference will be allied as a store credit ONLY.
If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 7 days of your package being delivered once it meets our return requirements. Our policy does NOT allow any refunds. We provide store credit once it has met our exchange requirements. If 7 days have gone by since your package was delivered, no returns/store credit will be accepted.
Iconic Apparel LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or apply store credits for earrings, gift cards, sale items, bodysuits, intimate wear, or formal dresses.
The customer is responsible for any returns shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as Iconic Apparel LLC is not responsible for any lost/missing returns.
All Iconic Apparel LLC items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, stickers, folded in its original garment bag. For sanitary and safety reasons, earrings and sets consisting of earrings cannot be returned. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with Iconic Apparel LLC return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense or a 20% damage fee per unit will be subtracted from the refund.
Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style only.
Once your return has been received please allow 3-5 days for processing. After processing we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We do not refund original shipping charges.
If you believe you have received a defective product, prior to returning the item, please email us with an image of the defect and your order number for our production team to review.
By placing an order with Iconic Apparel LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms, and conditions.
